Técnicas Reunidas, a leading Oil & Gas international engineering and construction company, seeks a Value Improvement Engineer to support project leaders and teams in identifying cost and schedule reduction opportunities. The role involves benchmarking, facilitating value workshops, and preparing multi-discipline cost reduction proposals for capital projects with cross-functional support.

10-15 years of experience including at least 5 years in petrochemical, refinery, chemical or power generation projects as senior specialist or project engineer.
Ability to work with international teams and cultures.

Responsabilidades

Provide support to project leaders, engineering and construction teams for cost/schedule reduction opportunities.
Benchmark design against historical performance and industry norms to meet customer requirements.
Facilitate value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Coordinate communications or workshops with clients.
Prepare cost reduction proposals for Capital Projects with input from technical disciplines.
Break down silos and improve cross-functional collaboration.
