Fusion Consulting is seeking a Validation Manager with experience in CSV/CSA for PLM and enterprise transformations. The role focuses on validation methodologies, risk-based validation, and lifecycle management across SAP, Oracle PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar platforms.

Based in Europe and willing to work onsite in Frankfurt, Germany, you will partner with business and IT teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful program delivery in Life Sciences and related industries.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Validation Manager/CSV Lead or Quality/Compliance professional.
• Experience validating PLM platforms or related enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of validation methodologies, risk-based validation, and lifecycle management.

Job Description

We are seeking a Validation Manager with experience supporting PLM environments and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), quality and compliance processes, and validation activities across PLM and related enterprise systems. Benchmark profiles include professionals with experience in SAP, Oracle PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Validation Manager, CSV Lead, or Quality/Compliance professional
• Experience validating PLM platforms or related enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of validation methodologies, risk-based validation, and system lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders
• Ability to manage validation deliverables, testing, change controls, and compliance activities
• Based in Europe and willing to work onsite in Frankfurt, Germany

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle PLM, SAP PLM, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar platforms
• Background in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, or regulated industries
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or integration projects

Ideal Profile: A hands-on Validation Manager who can provide quality and compliance oversight for PLM-related programs, ensuring validation activities are executed in line with regulatory and organizational requirements while partnering closely with business and technical teams.
