Nextpower is seeking a Validation Engineer to ensure products meet customer and stakeholder requirements through rigorous testing and validation. You will collaborate with development, testing and quality teams to achieve validation objectives and maintain complete validation documentation.

The role involves defining validation scope, executing protocols, reviewing results, automating tests, and maintaining equipment to support production readiness.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or Electronics & Automation, or Energy-related degrees).
• Master’s degree completed or nearing completion.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and work with customer specifications.
• Define the validation scope, strategy, and plan for a product, system, or service.
• Design and execute validation protocols to test functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Review and document test results.
• Troubleshoot testing issues.
• Automate and simulate validation tests.
• Maintain instruments and equipment in good working condition.
