Astek Iberia busca un Ingeniero de Validación para trabajar en nuestro socio líder en la industria automotriz, en un entorno internacional. Formarás parte del equipo de Validación, participando en el desarrollo y seguimiento de las actividades de prueba para garantizar la calidad y el rendimiento del producto.

La posición implica preparar planes de validación, coordinar pruebas, gestionar proyectos y documentar resultados, trabajando desde Martos, Andalucía.

Formación

• Experiencia en validación, pruebas o coordinación de pruebas en entornos industriales.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y buena disposición para aprender.
• Dominio de inglés nivel B2-C1.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar planes de validación y hacer seguimiento de su ejecución.
• Coordinar diferentes pruebas con laboratorios y equipos implicados.
• Gestionar planificación de proyectos, cronogramas y plazos.
• Monitorizar resultados de pruebas y preparar la documentación técnica.
• Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con PMs y equipos de desarrollo.
• Realizar y analizar pruebas eléctricas usando equipos de laboratorio (osciloscopio, multímetro).

At Astek, we are looking for a Validation Engineer to work with our leading partner in the automotive industry, in an international environment.

You will join the Validation team, taking part in the development and follow-up of the testing activities required to ensure product quality and proper performance.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it…

• Prepare validation plans and follow up on their execution.
• Coordinate different tests with the laboratories and teams involved.
• Manage project planning, schedules and timelines.
• Monitor test results and prepare the related technical documentation.
• Participate in follow-up meetings with Project Managers and development teams.
• Perform and analyse electrical tests using laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc.).

Who are you?

• A positive and motivated person with a willingness to learn.
• A great team player.
• A degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in validation, testing or test coordination within industrial environments.
• Passionate about languages, with a B2-C1 level of English.
