Jobgether is seeking a mid-level UI/UX & Visual Designer in Spain to craft mobile-first experiences for content-heavy websites and digital products. You will blend UI/UX expertise with visual design, contribute to design systems, and support marketing assets across campaigns.

You will collaborate with product managers, CRO, SEO, content, and developers to deliver cohesive digital experiences, maintaining accessibility and brand standards across projects.

Formación

• Mid-level UI/UX, visual, digital, or product design with a portfolio showing mobile-first, conversion-focused work.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, variants, and reusable components; experience with prototyping.

Responsabilidades

• Design mobile-first, responsive experiences for content-rich sites and landing pages.
• Translate briefs and CRO hypotheses into intuitive, visually compelling solutions.
• Create and maintain reusable design-system components for consistency.
• Collaborate with product, CRO, SEO, content, and developers to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Prepare polished designs, prototypes, and specs for handoffs.
• Create logos, infographics, banners, and other visual assets for campaigns.
• Research competitors and explore alternatives to inform design decisions.
• Review work to ensure accessibility, usability, and brand consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and production workflows.
