EBRO SUV busca un/a UX/UI Specialist para apoyar el diseño y mejora de experiencias de usuario en cabina digital (Digital Cockpit, HUD e Instrument Cluster) y para impulsar investigaciones y métricas de usabilidad en el mercado europeo.

El/la candidato/a ideal aporta una mentalidad centrada en el usuario, capacidad analítica y experiencia en UX, idealmente en automoción o movilidad, con enfoque en interfaces intuitivas.

Formación

• Se requiere formación universitaria en diseño de experiencia de usuario o ramas afines.
• Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en UX o diseño de interacción.
• Se valora experiencia en investigación UX y análisis de usabilidad.
• Conocimiento de métricas UX y métodos de evaluación de usabilidad.
• Experiencia creando flujos de usuario, wireframes y documentación UX.
• Conocimiento de métodos de investigación UX y pruebas de usabilidad.

Responsabilidades

• Contribuir al diseño y mejora de interfaces en Digital Cockpit, HUD y Instrument Cluster.
• Apoyar actividades de investigación UX, análisis de usuarios y benchmarking.
• Definir y hacer seguimiento de métricas de UX e indicadores de usabilidad.
• Participar en análisis de mercado para usuarios europeos y posicionamiento de marca.
• Traducir insights de UX en recomendaciones de diseño y mejoras de producto.
• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales: gestión de producto, ingeniería y UI.
• Apoyar pruebas de usabilidad y validación de soluciones de diseño.
• Desarrollar journey maps, flujos de interacción y conceptos de experiencia.
• Revisar propuestas de UI para garantizar usabilidad y consistencia UX.
• Documentar hallazgos de UX, razonamiento de diseño y resultados de investigación.

Educación

Bachelor’s o Master en UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Digital Product Design, Cognitive Psychology u otra disciplina relacionada

EBRO SUV is looking for a UX/UI Specialist.

EBRO SUV is looking for a UX/UI Specialist to support the design and improvement of in-vehicle digital user experiences across the Digital Cockpit, Head-Up Display (HUD), and Instrument Cluster.

The position requires a user-centered mindset, strong analytical and research skills, and experience in UX/interaction design, ideally within the automotive or mobility sector. The specialist will contribute to UX research, benchmarking, usability analysis, and the development of intuitive and user-friendly automotive interfaces for the European market.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the UX design and improvement of Digital Cockpit, Head-Up Display, and Instrument Cluster interfaces.


• Support UX research activities, including user analysis, benchmarking, and competitive studies.


• Assist in defining and tracking UX metrics and usability indicators.


• Participate in market analysis focused on European users and brand positioning.


• Translate UX insights into design recommendations and product improvements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and UI designers.


• Support usability testing and validation of design solutions.


• Assist in creating user journeys, interaction flows, and experience concepts.


• Review UI proposals to ensure usability and UX consistency.


• Document UX findings, design rationale, and research results.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Digital Product Design, Cognitive Psychology , or a related discipline.


• 2–3 years of experience in UX design or interaction design .


• Experience participating in UX research and usability analysis.


• Familiarity with UX metrics and usability evaluation methods.


• Practical experience creating user flows, wireframes, and UX documentation .


• Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.


• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure , or similar.


• Strong user-centered design mindset and analytical thinking.


• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.


• Attention to detail, curiosity, structured thinking, and a strong learning mindset.

Desirable

• Experience in automotive UX, HMI design, or mobility products .


• Experience with Digital Cockpit, HUD, or Instrument Cluster interfaces .


• Knowledge of Automotive HMI, Automotive UX, Design Thinking, Service Design, or Human Factors .


• Exposure to benchmarking studies and competitive UX analysis.


• Experience working with European market user insights.


• Basic UI design experience or experience collaborating with UI design teams.
