This mid-senior role involves crafting the marketing site, establishing a cohesive design system, and designing the conversational UX for AI interactions on various platforms. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in UX/UI design, proficiency in tools like Figma, and a strong attention to detail. Job: User Experience Designer (Product, Marketing and AI)

We recently won the HR Innovation Summit 2025 – Tendencias y Futuro award, competing against more than 150 companies. We’re now moving from early adopters to fast-growth, and we’re hiring our first full-stack engineer to join the founding team.

This is a founding-team engineering seat. Your work will define the architecture, scalability, reliability, and user experience of the entire product.

You will be the core architect of Kincode’s user experience — visual, structural, conversational, and emotional.

You’ll design :

• The marketing site that tells our story
• A cohesive design system that unifies everything

This is foundational product & brand design.

You will shape how companies understand their culture, how employees interact with AI on a daily basis, and how KAI becomes a trusted companion in the workplace.

Marketing Experience

(kincode.Lead the UX and UI for our marketing site (structure, flows, conversion). Collaborate on brand storytelling, visuals, and narrative. Ensure a cohesive look & feel aligned with our brand values. Own the UX of the entire Kincode platform.)

KAI - The Culture Copilot Experience

Design the conversational UX across Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and web.

Design System

Build and maintain the Kincode Design System in Figma. Ensure consistency across marketing, product, and AI touchpoints. Set UX standards and help scale the design function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in UX / UI or Product Design.
• High proficiency with Figma, design systems, prototyping, UX flows.
• Ability to turn complex data into simple, elegant interfaces.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration.
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and high-quality execution.
• Experience in multi-channel UX (Slack, Teams, mobile, desktop).
• Experience with brand design, marketing visuals, or storytelling.
• Motion design or microinteractions.
• Ability to contribute to copywriting or UX content design.
• Design leadership from day one.
