Job summary

Wizeline приглашает к участию в команде дизайна опытного специалиста по дизайну систем. Вы будете работать над Index — ядром дизайн-системы, создавая новые компоненты и улучшая существующие для доступности и сценариев многобрендовых продуктов.

Требуется не менее 4 лет опыта в дизайне продуктов, портфолио по системам дизайна и сильные навыки Figma, включая архитектуру компонентов и работу с версиями токенов. Знание WCAG и умение документировать решения обязательно.

Qualifications

• Опыт 4 года в дизайне продуктов, включая работу над системами дизайна.
• Портфолио со sистемами дизайна: создание компонентов, документации или паттернов.
• Сильные навыки Figma: архитектура компонентов, варианты, авто-верстка и переменные.
• Опыт работы с design tokens и их ролью в темировании, единообразии и поддержке нескольких брендов.
• Знание типографики, расстояний, цвета и паттернов взаимодействия; умение объяснить решения.
• Знание стандартов WCAG и их применение к дизайну компонентов.
• Хорошие навыки документации и формирования ясных руководств.
• Умение работать независимо, расставлять приоритеты и общаться проактивно.
• Степень бакалавра или эквивалент в области дизайна, HCI или смежной области.
• Плюсом будут: знание ИИ-инструментов для набросков/анализа; связь дизайна систем с кодом (CSS, React); опыт версионирования систем; работа в распределённых/удалённых командах; опыт в медиа, издательствах; знание инструментов помимо Figma, например Storybook и Zeroheight.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и совершенствовать элементы Index — ядра дизайн-системы, добавлять новые компоненты по需求ам команды продукта.
• Поддерживать и структурировать библиотеки Figma, обеспечивать их понятность и удобство использования.
• Создавать документацию, помогающую дизайнерам правильно применять компоненты.
• Работать с design tokens и переменными Figma для поддержки темирования и нескольких брендов.
• Связывать Index с расширениями продуктовых областей и обеспечивать 흐тажение паттернов между ядром и библиотеками.
• Сотрудничать с инженерами по соответствию дизайна и кода.
• Управлять своей работой, сообщать о прогрессе и блокерах, синхронизироваться через асинхронное сотрудничество.
• Поддерживать высокий уровень точности и последовательности в вкладке дизайн-систем.

• Build and refine components for Index, the core design system, creating new components based on product team needs and improving existing ones for edge cases, accessibility, and multi-brand applications.
• Maintain and organize Figma libraries, keeping them clearly structured, well documented, and easy for other designers to use as the system evolves.
• Create documentation that helps designers understand when and how to use components correctly, supporting consistent implementation across teams.
• Work with design tokens and Figma variables to support theming, multi-brand needs, and maintainability at scale.
• Connect Index with product-area extensions and ensure patterns flow appropriately between the core system and specialized libraries.
• Partner with engineering on design-to-code alignment to help ensure Figma designs match what gets built.
• Manage work independently, communicate progress and blockers proactively, and stay aligned on priorities through async collaboration.
• Maintain high standards of precision and consistency in design system contributions.

• At least 4 years of product design experience, including meaningful experience working on or contributing to design systems.
• A portfolio demonstrating design systems work, such as building components, creating documentation, or establishing patterns.
• Strong Figma skills, including component architecture, variants, auto-layout, and variables.
• Experience with design tokens and an understanding of their role in theming, consistency, and multi-brand support.
• Solid understanding of typography, spacing, color, and interaction patterns, with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and their application to component design.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to create clear guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate proactively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Будет плюсом: proficiency with AI tools for drafting, analysis, research, or process automation and the ability to recommend effective AI use and identify workflow improvements; understanding of how design systems connect to code, including CSS and React component APIs; experience with design system versioning and contribution workflows; familiarity with multi-brand or white-label design system challenges; experience with distributed or fully remote teams; background in news media, publishing, or content-heavy products; knowledge of design system tools beyond Figma, such as Storybook and Zeroheight.
