A global financial technology company in Madrid is looking for a Head of Compensation to lead their compensation strategy. You will be responsible for designing global compensation frameworks, implementing performance-based bonus programs, and ensuring compliance with compensation regulations. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in compensation roles at high-growth companies and advanced modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

Formación

  • Experience managing performance bonus programs, job leveling, and global salary reviews.
