Job summary

CMV Consultores busca un UI Designer para convertir ideas de producto en experiencias digitales pulidas y atractivas. Trabajarás dentro del equipo de diseño, colaborando estrechamente con Producto e Ingeniería, desde la concepción hasta la entrega.

Se valora experiencia con sistemas de diseño, prototipado y una cartera sólida que muestre decisiones y resultados. Se trabajará en un entorno híbrido con presencia en Alicante.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ años de experiencia en UI, diseño visual o producto digital y historial de interfaces pulidas.
• Fluidez en inglés escrito y hablado.

Responsibilities

• Liderar el diseño de UI en áreas clave del producto.
• Traducir conceptos y flujos de usuario en experiencias pulidas.
• Crear y refinar interfaces, patrones de interacción y prototipos.
• Contribuir a la evolución de la dirección visual, sistemas de diseño y estándares UI.
• Participar en fases tempranas de desarrollo de conceptos cuando sea relevante.
• Explorar formas prácticas de usar IA en diseño y experiencias del producto.

Modalidad de trabajo híbrido: 2-3 días presencial en oficinas de Alicante.

We are looking for a UI Designer who can turn product ideas into clear, polished, and visually refined digital experiences. You will work as part of the design team, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders from concept development through to delivery.

What we re looking for

• Strong visual and graphic design skills, with an excellent eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, and detail.
• Proven ability to create polished, high-quality digital interfaces.
• A strong appreciation for clean, minimal, and thoughtful design.
• Experience with design systems, interaction design, and prototyping.
• A portfolio with concrete examples of previous work, showing your role, key decisions, and impact.
• Good understanding of UX principles and product thinking.
• Experience in concepting and shaping new product or experience ideas is a strong plus.
• At least one concrete idea or use case for how AI could create value in the product experience or design process.

What you ll do

• Lead UI design across key product areas.
• Turn product concepts and user flows into polished, compelling experiences.
• Create and refine interfaces, interaction patterns, and prototypes.
• Help evolve visual direction, design systems, and UI standards with the design team.
• Contribute to early-stage concept development when relevant.
• Explore practical and meaningful ways to use AI in design and product experiences.

3 5+ years of experience in UI, visual, or digital product design, with a strong track record of creating polished, high-quality digital interfaces.

Confident using common design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with hands-on experience using AI tools such as Codex, Claude, or similar to support ideation, prototyping, research, or design workflows.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Daily fluency with AI coding agents (specs, review, tests and quality gates).

A bias to end-to-end ownership.

On-call is coordinated by the SRE team: a voluntary rotation for engineers in the other teams, and part of the role for the SRE.

Networking curiosity: motivation to learn the networking domain, including wired and wireless protocols, and to apply it to customers network troubleshooting challenges.
