A global technology company is seeking a Client Partner to join their Uber Advertising team in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will lead ads sales strategies for top brands and media agencies, ensuring client satisfaction while driving growth. Required qualifications include 7+ years in digital advertising sales, experience with large brands, and proficiency in Salesforce and Excel. A collaborative spirit and adaptability are key. The company promotes working at least half the time in assigned offices for effective collaboration.

About the Role

The team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of our Uber Advertising team Spain. As a Client Partner you will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top non endemic brands and media agencies and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

  1. Execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals. Mdia agencies and advertisers
  2. Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs
  3. Expand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings
  4. Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
  5. Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners
  6. Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises
  7. Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps
Basic Qualifications
  1. 7+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
  2. Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations and media agencies
  3. Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  4. Agile, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges
  5. Strong hold on Salesforce, Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Partner with cross-functional teams will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.
  2. Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives, media agencies and key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations
  3. Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
