An international BPO services provider in Spain is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Agents to support operations for the Turkish market. As part of the team, you will assist Turkish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should be fluent in Turkish and have a good command of English. Basic computer skills are necessary, and prior experience in customer service is an advantage.

Formación

  • Must be fluent in Turkish at a native level.
  • Good working knowledge of English is required.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM systems, are necessary.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Agents to join our growing team and support our operations for the Turkish market.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers — handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat — while ensuring every customer receives a high-quality and satisfying service experience.

Deliver excellent customer support to Turkish-speaking clients.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications
  • Fluent Turkish (native level)
  • Good command of English (working proficiency)
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, or similar tools)
  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or call centers is an asset but not required
