NRF (Nederlandse Radiateuren Fabriek) is seeking a Turbocharger Operator to join its production team in a hands-on role on the assembly line. You will assemble turbocharger components, follow procedures, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have vocational training in automotive/mechanics, a good eye for detail, and the ability to work well with production and maintenance teams. English at an intermediate level is required.

Formación

• Vocational or technical training related to automotive engineering, mechanics or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in assembly, production, automotive or mechanical environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical parts, tools and assembly processes.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and established procedures.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Ability to identify defects or deviations in assembled components.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble turbocharger parts and components on the production line.
• Follow established assembly instructions and production procedures.
• Check assembled parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify and report defective parts, assembly issues or quality deviations.
• Use the tools and equipment required for the assembly process.
• Maintain an organised, clean and safe workstation.
• Comply with internal health and safety, quality and production standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
