TSB is seeking a Security Engineer (m365 ecosystem) to drive deployment, configuration and management of security controls. You will work with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams, coaching staff and guiding initiatives from design through certification prior to go-live.

You will bring hands-on expertise in m365/Entra, Defender/XDR, and IAM/PAM, with a track record in financial services and a capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on, SME experience with m365/Entra Enterprise Apps, MDCA, App Registration, Identity Governance & Defender/XDR.
• Experience running Security tooling services and implementing changes in line with IT Service Management processes.
• Technical leadership of a small team of security engineers, combining SME knowledge with research to solve emerging challenges.
• Experience in the financial services sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, switching between change activities.
• Familiarity with IAM & PAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cryptography, Application, Data, SecOps domains.
• Degree in Information Security or equivalent; certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CSSLP or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

The Security Manager will be the responsible for the deployment, configuration and management of a diverse suite of essential security controls for the Bank. You'll collaborate with teams of security and technical specialists along with cloud and infrastructure service providers to ensure quality service and delivery. In addition, you'll coach cyber security staff from a technical SME perspective.

You’ll be responsible for security deliverables to project and change initiatives during early engagement, direct to approved architectural patterns, support and guide through implementation and validate the solution as part of certification prior to go-live.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Current, hands-on, subject matter expert experience with m365 / Entra specifically Enterprise Apps, MDCA, App Registration, Identity Governance & Defender suite / XDR.


• Experience managing and maintaining the smooth running of the Security tooling services and implementing changes in line with IT Service Management processes.


• Providing technical leadership to a small team of security engineers, combining your SME knowledge and technical experience with research where required to provide guidance on the best answers to emerging challenges.


• Experience in the financial services sector.


• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast past environment, switching between different change activities.


• Familiarity with a number of core security domains: IAM & PAM / Infrastructure / Cloud / Cryptography / Application / Data / SecOps.


• Preferably educated to a degree level or above in an Information Security related discipline or equivalent work experience. May also have certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CSSLP or equivalent.
