KWS Vegetables is looking for a Trial Development Specialist to join our Product Development team in Almería, Spain.
We are looking for someone witha strong agronomic background, experience in the vegetable seed industry and a hands-on approach to fieldwork, who can plan and execute trials, analyze results, and turn field data and observations into relevant insights to support decisions about our future varieties.
In this new, permanent, full-time position, you will work closely with Product Development, Breeding and Sales, playing a direct role in the evaluation and development of our vegetable portfolio.
Knowledge and experience withcucumber will be particularly valued, including familiarity with its key agronomic characteristics and selection criteria.
You will be part of a young, close-knit and collaborative team within a business unit that continues to grow and shape its future.
You will have the opportunity to work directly in the field, follow our varieties from the early stages of evaluation and provide insights that can influence which products move forward and ultimately reach the market.
