Opdenergy, a growing renewables group based in Madrid, seeks a Treasury Specialist to manage daily cash, liquidity across jurisdictions, and payment processes. You will optimize the treasury system, lead automation projects, and support financing and audits in a global context.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate treasury, strong SAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and English at C1 level, with a hybrid work model in a multinational team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management or a similar role within an international company.
• Advanced English (C1).
• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (SAGE XRT, Kyriba, SAP TRM or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of cash management, payment processes, bank connectivity and treasury controls.
• Experience managing relationships with financial institutions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic international environment.
• Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and monitor the Group's daily cash position.
• Manage and optimize the Group's cash flow and liquidity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Execute and oversee domestic and international payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of any incidents.
• Maintain and optimize the Treasury Management System (SAGE XRT), improving bank connectivity, payment automation and treasury reporting.
• Lead and participate in Treasury transformation initiatives focused on automation, process standardization and operational efficiency.
• Develop, review and maintain Treasury policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and support the implementation of new banking products and services.
• Support financing transactions, refinancing processes and treasury-related corporate projects when required.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing Treasury documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Perform month-end Treasury closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax and local Finance teams across different countries to ensure efficient cash management and treasury operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the digitalization of Treasury processes.
