Elesta seeks an experienced Traveling Tutor to deliver personalized STEM education for KS1–KS2 under the British National Curriculum. The role is full-time and requires frequent international travel with a private family, providing math, science, and coding instruction while based in Barcelona, Spain.

You will tailor lessons, prepare students for Olympiad competitions, and provide regular progress reports to parents, maintaining high professionalism and adaptability across destinations.

Formación

• 3+ years of tutoring or teaching within the British KS1–KS2 curriculum.
• Experience coaching Olympiad Mathematics.
• Coding instruction experience with Scratch or Python.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver KS1–KS2 Math, Sciences, and Coding lessons.
• Prepare students for Mathematical Olympiad competitions.
• Adapt lesson plans to each child's pace and goals.
• Track progress and provide written reports to parents.
• Travel internationally with the family as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual lessons in Mathematics, Sciences, and Coding aligned with KS1–KS2
• Prepare students for Mathematical Olympiad competitions
• Adapt lesson plans to each child's learning pace and academic goals
• Track progress and provide regular written reports to parents
• Travel internationally with the family as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM discipline; teaching qualification preferred (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of tutoring or teaching experience within the British curriculum (KS1–KS2)
• Proven experience in Olympiad Mathematics coaching
• Coding instruction experience (Scratch / Python or equivalent, age-appropriate)
• Comfortable with frequent international travel
