IQVIA MedTech invites applications for Field Service Engineers to install and commission automated medication dispensing hardware across healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware, software configuration, and collaboration with healthcare staff.

Travel is extensive, spanning local, regional, and national scopes. Candidates should be prepared for a highly dynamic schedule and which includes training that is paid. Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is required.

Formación

• Bachelor-level diploma or degree is required.
• 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience is required.
• English and Spanish/Portuguese are required.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft Windows OS is expected.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review schematics, drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
