Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the Service organization in Spain.

You will execute installation and commissioning of High Voltage equipment at customer sites and perform related service activities to ensure safe, reliable operation. The ideal candidate holds a technical diploma in electrical engineering, electromechanics or mechatronics, has 3+ years in HV field service, and is willing to travel across Spain (>80%).

Formación

• Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electromechanics or mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high voltage, electrical or mechanical field service.
• Proven experience in installation and commissioning of HV equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good command of Spanish; English is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Spain (>80%).

Responsabilidades

• Execute installation and commissioning activities for High Voltage equipment at customer sites.
• Perform service activities including maintenance, repairs, upgrades, retrofits and replacements.
• Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Ensure all work is executed in compliance with Hitachi Energy HSE standards.
• Prepare, coordinate and verify availability and quality of tools, materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their operational needs.
• Propose technical solutions and upgrades to improve system reliability and performance.
