Euro London León, a global luxury concierge travel service, seeks a German-speaking Travel Consultant to manage premium client inquiries, quotes, and bookings in a luxury lifestyle context. You will craft bespoke itineraries and collaborate with global partners from León and beyond.

Required are advanced German and English (CEFR C2), plus a tourism degree and Amadeus GDS familiarity. A hybrid work setup is available with some weekend flexibility.

Formación

• Fluent German and English at CEFR C2.
• University degree in tourism or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Handling enquiries from quotes to invoicing for trips.

Description

To strengthen our client's team, we are looking for a professional, motivated and dedicated Travel Consultant (100% - m/f/d) in the field of Luxury Lifestyle Management, to start immediately or by agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Advising our customers - premium cardholders - by telephone and email in German and English
• Handling customer enquiries, from preparing quotes to invoicing individual trips
• Making bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies
• Preparing bespoke quotes and travel documents, as well as drawing up itineraries
• Passionately advising on and arranging travel experiences
• Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers

Your profile

• Excellent command of professional German and English, both written and spoken (C2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference)
• Additional language skills in French or Italian would be an advantage
• A university degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in the tourism sector
• Several years’ professional experience in the travel industry, with a tour operator or travel agency
• Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and very good knowledge of destinations
• A passion for travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
• Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and alignment with the company's values
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work full-time with a minimum workload of 80%
• Flexibility: willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday, with every third weekend off
