Role Description – Travel Sales Agent

We are looking for a

Travel Sales Agent

who combines strong sales skills with expert travel knowledge. This is a

full-time remote role

where you will sell tailor‑made trips to East and Southern Africa while acting as a trusted travel advisor. You will be responsible for turning inquiries into bookings, guiding clients through the entire travel planning process, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively sell customized travel experiences and packages to East and Southern Africa.
  • Advise clients on destinations, experiences, and itineraries to meet their preferences and budgets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, create proposals, and close bookings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Track sales performance, targets, and leads using CRM and other tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and local communities to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Proven track record in travel sales.
  • Strong knowledge of travel arrangements, itinerary planning, and booking systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in Catalan and English.
  • Passion for travel and helping clients design memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills.
