Mission: What you will do…

Strategic Project Development & Project Management:

  • Support strategic projects focused on optimizing supply chain operations, with an emphasis on defining flows, operational strategies, and cost analysis to achieve the best total cost of delivery.
  • Collaborate on project plans, schedules and budgets for transportation and crossdocking improvement/new projects.
  • Collaborate closely with various supply chain departments to align cost analyses, ensuring a holistic approach to total delivered cost improvements.
  • Support the implementation of logistics solutions for new projects, such as platforms, logistic providers, product launches, capacity, or network redesigns.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

Economic Analysis and Tool Development:

  • Support detailed economic studies and cost‑benefit analyses for each project to assess feasibility, ROI, and impact on total delivery cost.
  • Refine analytical tools & methodologies that support economic evaluation, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and improved financial oversight across projects.
  • Use insights from these analyses to recommend targeted optimizations and strategic shifts within the supply chain.

Innovation and Proposals:

  • Identify innovation opportunities within project scope to improve performance and value creation.
  • Propose new tools, methods, and technologies that enhance project execution. Evaluate results to ensure improvements are effective and scalable.

Data Analysis and Decision‑Making:

  • Use data analytics tools and methodologies to make data‑driven decisions in optimizing flows and processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and innovations.

Change Management:

  • Support change by communicating to stakeholders the benefits and rationale for process and operational improvements. Train as needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Encourage feedback and suggestions from team members and stakeholders.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as required.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in transport and cross‑docking operations.
  • Develop contingency plans for unexpected disruptions or emergencies.
Education & Experience: What We Are Looking For…
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a closely related field.
  • Previous experience as a supply chain responsible, project management, supply chain engineering, or in a similar field (minimum five years).
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes, mainly Transport & XDock operations. High level of English and Spanish, other European language is valuable (e.g. French).
  • Knowledge in relevant software tools and technologies, such as data analytics software, project management software, and simulation tools.
  • Experience with Platforms operations, interaction with Logistic Providers and knowledge of international trade is strongly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate options, make data‑driven decisions as well problem‑solving and strong sense of initiative. Understanding of Kaizen & Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
