Tosca in Madrid is seeking a Transport Planner to join our Logistics team. You will coordinate and optimize end-to-end order processing and transport planning across Europe, liaising with customers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders.

Fluent German and English are required to support the German market from our Madrid office. We offer a permanent contract with a competitive package, and after onboarding, home-office up to 2 days per week along with ongoing development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in order processing, logistics or transport planning.
• Experience working with customers and logistics providers is desirable.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent German and English, both written and verbal, required.
• Proactive problem solving and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to optimise routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.

Market supported: Germany

Your mission

As our Transport Planner, you will coordinate and optimize the end-to-end order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. You will ensure smooth communication between customers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders, while helping us maximize service levels, reduce costs and continuously improve our logistics operations across EMEA.

This role will be based in our Madrid office and will continue to support the German market. For this reason, fluent German and English are required.
