Amadeus Hospitality Europe, S.L.U. is seeking a Training Specialist - Hospitality to deliver instructor-led training on Amadeus Hospitality solutions, including Delphi and related peripherals. You will work with customers on onboarding, adoption sessions, and tailored masterclass engagements across locations.

The role emphasizes travel to client sites, collaboration with project teams, and transforming product knowledge into engaging learning experiences to drive customer success.

Formación

• Experience delivering instructor-led training is preferred.

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions for Amadeus Hospitality solutions, Delphi and peripherals.
• Facilitate onboarding properties via remote or onsite training sessions.
• Run solution adoption sessions post-go-live with customers.
• Deliver masterclass or ad hoc sessions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide AHIT sessions to internal colleagues and assist with issue resolution as needed.
• Maintain a calm, productive classroom environment and coordinate with the Project Manager.

Job Title Training Specialist - Hospitality

About the Role Stepping into the Training Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to support our customers in getting the most out of the Amadeus solutions. In this role, you'll help bring our products to life by making them accessible, understandable, and easy to apply in real-world scenarios. It’s not just about sharing information, it’s about creating engaging learning experiences through story telling that build confidence and support success. A key and rewarding aspect of this role is the opportunity to travel and work directly with customers and teams in different locations. You’ll have the chance to blend your product knowledge with communication and creativity, working closely with others to deliver training that truly makes a difference. This role is a great fit for someone who is curious, enjoys working with people is looking to grow and push themselves as well as great customer focus.

Training Delivery

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions for Amadeus Hospitality solutions - specifically Delphi and its peripherals
• Facilitate training to include:
• Instructor led training for newly onboarding properties (remote or onsite)
• Solution adoption sessions to support customers post-go-live
• Masterclass or ad hoc sessions tailored to customer needs
• Deliver AHIT sessions (Product Overview, Demo, Full Product Training) to internal colleagues
• Report and assist with the resolution of Support and/or Services cases where issues arise. Pre/post training communication with customers
• Be an advocate for Amadeus and its solutions
• Maintains a well-managed classroom environment in a calm and supportive way, keeping sessions productive without being overbearing
• Provide creative solutions to challenges that arise while on site
• Provide a friendly training environment by being approachable to trainees
• Internal Collaboration Review deliverables in advance of Training to ensure a seamless handover of information.
• Stay in regular communication with the Project Manager where issues arise that impact the delivery of training services.
• Update project outputs to be used by the wider delivery team
• Work effectively within structured timeframe

• Manage time and expenses and meet established department guidelines for submission
