At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Training Project Coordinator to lead the training stream of a ERP transformation, ensuring that end users are fully prepared and confident ahead of each go-live phase.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the training stream plan, including milestones, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Coordinate the creation and validation of training materials in collaboration with Core Model and local teams.
• Organize and oversee training sessions (logistics, invitations, scheduling, trainer support).
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness and user readiness before go-live.
• Adjust content during hypercare based on end-user feedback.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sharp, subsidiaries) and external partners (Delaware, Acxias, Inovi).
• Contribute to the overall change management and user adoption strategy.

Who are you?

• Degree in Project Management, Business, or Information Systems.
• Proven project management experience, ideally in international ERP programs.
• Background in training coordination or learning deployment for large-scale digital transformations.
• Understanding of ERP functional coverage (SAP / Ariba knowledge is an advantage).
• Familiarity with training tools such as SAP Enable Now or WalkMe is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a bonus.
• Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and resilient.
