Job summary

Costa Navarino is seeking a Trainee, Whatever/Whenever to join our team in a luxury hospitality setting. You will support the Whatever/Whenever team in delivering personalized guest service while gaining hands-on experience in Concierge and Call Center operations.

In this role, you will handle guest requests, coordinate with departments, and arrange dining, tours and transportation to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Currently studying at a Tourism School or holding a relevant degree/certification in Tourism or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Able to work well in a team and contribute to guest service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor unanswered calls, follow up with guests and take messages when needed.
• Respond to special requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Provide concierge services and personalized local recommendations.
• Arrange dining, excursions, tours and transportation reservations.
• Follow up to ensure guest requests are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Coordinate the delivery of lost and found items.
