A leading consumer goods company in Bilbao is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth execution of operational processes that support trading activities. Responsibilities include managing documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and assisting with reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Business Administration or similar, alongside 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of ERP systems. Proficiency in Spanish and a high level of English are essential.

Formación

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in commercial/administrative roles.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure smooth and accurate execution of operational processes supporting trading activities.
  • Assist with COP/COS issuance and circulation process.
  • Manage documentation flow and expedite orders with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely information flow among involved parties.
  • Update internal databases related to trading activities.
  • Communicate anomalies to the relevant trader.
  • Assist with outturn reports, settlements, and commercial analysis.
  • Update logistics costs and monitor shipping schedules.

Conocimientos

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Spanish
Very high level of English

Educación

University degree in Business Administration or similar
