Qualifications

• Título o certificado en topografía/geomens/ingeniería civil.
• Mínimo 7 años de experiencia como topógrafo en construcción.
• Dominio de software de procesamiento topográfico: AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Global Mapper.

Responsibilities

• Realizar levantamientos topográficos precisos con equipos avanzados (GPS, estaciones totales, drones).
• Procesar y analizar datos topográficos; generar planos, modelos 3D e informes.
• Colaborar de forma remota con ingenieros, arquitectos y directores de obra para asegurar implantación.
• Verificar cotas y alineaciones según planos durante la construcción.
• Mantener y calibrar equipos topográficos para asegurar precisión.

Key Responsibilities

• Realizar levantamientos topográficos precisos utilizando equipos avanzados (GPS, estaciones totales, drones) para proyectos de construcción .
• Procesar y analizar datos topográficos, generando planos, modelos 3D y reportes detallados.
• Colaborar remotamente con ingenieros, arquitectos y directores de obra para asegurar la correcta implantación de los proyectos.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de las cotas y alineaciones según los planos de diseño durante las fases de construcción.
• Mantener y calibrar el equipo topográfico, asegurando su óptimo funcionamiento y precisión.
• Asegurar la correcta gestión y archivo de toda la información geoespacial generada.

Requirements

• Título en Ingeniería Geomática, Topografía o campo afín.
• Experiencia sólida como Topógrafo , especialmente en el contexto de proyectos de construcción .
• Dominio de software de procesamiento de datos topográficos (ej. AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Global Mapper).
• Experiencia en el uso y manejo de equipos de medición modernos y tecnología de drones.
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en un entorno remoto .

• Conduct quality control checks on survey data and deliverables to ensure precision and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements

• Degree or Technical Certificate in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
