The Spain operation based in Barcelona is hiring a Sales Development Representative, who will be a key point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities

Your role will be to contact targeted companies, assess their needs and generate high‑quality sales opportunities for our sales teams. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and growing our B2B market.

  • Contact companies using the databases provided.
  • Identify and contact key decision‑makers, including business leaders, purchasing managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Qualify prospects’ needs, assess their potential and gauge their level of interest.
  • Accurately create enriched prospect files in our CRM system.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales teams or convert them directly when appropriate.
  • Follow up on prospects who are unreachable or require further review.
About you
  • Proven and successful experience in B2B telephone prospecting or in a call centre.
  • Excellent oral communication skills in Spanish.
  • Ability to quickly capture and maintain attention during calls.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in following up and qualifying leads.
  • Goal‑oriented, resilient and able to overcome rejection.
  • Team player with a strong desire to learn and develop.
