Confidential employer on Mallorca is seeking a Tire Workshop Mechanic to join the team at the Polígono Industrial de Marratxí. You will perform tire mounting, repair, and maintenance across a range of vehicles, ensuring safety and proper maintenance.

The role requires a Category B license and prior tire fitting/auto mechanics experience. Full-time position with 3-month contract, rotating shifts 08:00-19:00, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays.

Formación

• A valid Category B driving license (mandatory)
• Prior experience in tire fitting and automotive mechanics (valued)
• Basic user-level computer skills (valued)
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and reliability in a workshop environment

An established company in the automotive industry is seeking a dedicated Tire Workshop Mechanic to join their team at the Polígono Industrial de Marratxí. In this practical and active role, you will carry out tire fitting and repair services on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring high standards of road safety and vehicle maintenance.

Your core responsibilities in this position will include:

• Repairing and mounting tires on commercial and passenger vehicles, including coaches and buses
• Performing tire fitting and maintenance on agricultural and industrial machinery
• Inspecting tire condition, wear patterns, and pressure to guarantee maximum safety
• Maintaining order, safety, and proper tool handling in the workshop

To be considered for this opening, you should meet the following requirements:

• A valid Category B driving license (mandatory requirement)
• Prior experience and solid practical knowledge in tire fitting and automotive mechanics (valued)
• Basic user-level computer skills (valued)
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability in a workshop environment

What is offered:

• A temporary 3-month contract with genuine opportunities for contract renewal and salary progression
• A gross salary of €21,500 per year, reviewable after the initial 3-month period
• A full-time schedule with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00, plus alternating compensable Saturdays
