IMDEA Nanociencia seeks a researcher to characterize semiconductor samples using time-resolved THz spectroscopy (TRTS) and THz-TDS, and to lead data analysis and manuscript preparation.

The role includes presenting results at conferences, collaborating in an international team, and applying programming skills. The one-year contract may extend, with compensation aligned to PhD student standards at IMDEA Nanociencia.

Formación

• BSc and MSc in physics, materials science, or a related field.
• Experience in ultrafast spectroscopy is a plus.
• Experience in THz spectroscopy is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical characterization is valuable.
• Programming skills are preferable.
• English communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to work in an international team and multitask.
