Capgemini seeks a dedicated Threat Hunting Analyst with 18+ months in cybersecurity operations to proactively hunt for attackers before incidents occur.

You will analyse endpoint, network, and log telemetry to detect IOCs, investigate suspicious activity, and escalate findings with detailed evidence to incident response teams. A strong focus on hypothesis-driven investigation and continuous learning underpins this role.

Qualifications

• Threat hunter with 18+ months in cybersecurity operations.
• Experience focusing on proactive hunts and MITRE ATT&CK methodology.
• Detects malicious behaviour that automated tools may miss.

Responsabilités

• Proactively conduct threat hunts to identify activity bypassing detections.
• Develop hypothesis-driven hunts using MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Analyse endpoints, networks, authentication, and logs for IOCs.
• Investigate credential misuse, lateral movement, persistence, and LOtL tactics.
• Correlate data across SIEM/EDR/XDR and network tools to validate threats.
• Leverage threat intelligence to identify new attacker behaviours.
• Escalate confirmed threats with timelines and evidence.
• Support investigations with root-cause analysis and reconstructions.
