Talky Labs is looking for a Forward Deployment and a Core Engineer with Python and AWS experience who wants to work on complex systems and scale production solutions. You will help build the autonomous engine that transforms raw data into financial truth.

You’ll design high-performance Python services, deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS (CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB), and push the forefront of LLM-based AI in production.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role in a fast-growing company based in Madrid.

Formación

• Proficient in Python with FastAPI/Flask.
• Extensive AWS experience including serverless patterns.
• Strong architectural and ownership mindset.
• Madrid-based or willing to relocate.

• Cloud Native: Build and deploy robust infrastructure on AWS using modern patterns (CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB, Timestream).
• AI Integration: Work at the frontier of LLM-based agents, integrating generative AI into production workflows.
• Ownership: Move past "tasks" to participate in architecture decisions from day one.
• Raise the Bar: Champion technical excellence and mentor the team through clean code and best practices.

Your Profile

• Python Expert: You’ve mastered FastAPI or Flask and know how to write maintainable, scalable code.
• AWS Fluent: You don't just "use" the cloud; you understand how to orchestrate it.
• Product Thinker: You have an obsession with solving real-world problems, not just moving tickets.
• Madrid Based (or willing to relocate)

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs or Generative AI pipelines.
• You understand the "Day 2" challenges of AI (monitoring, cost, latency).
• You use Cursor or similar AI-assisted tools to supercharge your workflow.
