Triwill Group is seeking a Test Manager based in Spain to lead testing across a major digital delivery programme spanning insurance, e-commerce, and device protection. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on QA leadership to influence quality standards and delivery outcomes across Agile and Waterfall environments.

You will oversee SIT, UAT, and ORT testing activities, mentor teams, manage risks, and establish robust quality gates.

You will lead testing activities across a major technical delivery programme involving multiple projects, teams, and external partners.
