Us3 Consulting seeks an experienced Test Lead for a long-term contract based in Barcelona, Spain. You will lead the testing effort across Salesforce, Zuora, Boomi and NetSuite, coordinate distributed teams and drive test strategy, planning and execution.

Fluent English and Spanish are essential; German desirable. You will manage defects, ensure release readiness, and partner with stakeholders to validate data migrations and integrations.

Formación

• Experience leading testing for complex enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of test planning, risk assessment and quality metrics.
• Proficient in both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Experience with API and data-related testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead test strategy and end-to-end test planning.
• Coordinate distributed/offshore teams and manage dependencies.
• Oversee defect management and triage processes.
• Ensure release readiness and traceability of test evidence.
