A leading business cloud software provider in Barcelona is looking for an Inside Partner Sales Manager to enhance partner relationships and drive new business across Eastern Europe. The role includes managing strategic partners, promoting CloudSuite ERP solutions, and achieving an annual sales target through an indirect sales ecosystem. Ideal candidates have channel sales experience, excellent communication skills, and are fluent in English. A bachelor's degree and familiarity with cloud enterprise solutions are highly desirable.

Job Description: Inside Partner Sales Manager – EMEA Emerging Markets

(Eastern Europe focus)

Position Summary

Infor is experiencing strong growth across Emerging Markets, especially Eastern Europe. We are seeking an Inside Partner Sales Manager to accelerate regional success by strengthening partner relationships and driving new business exclusively through our indirect sales ecosystem.

In this role, you will empower partners to expand their footprint, transition from installed‑base activity to new logo acquisition, and support Infor’s CloudSuite ERP and EDGE product strategy. This is a great opportunity for a sales professional seeking growth in a dynamic international environment with a path toward management.

Key Responsibilities
Channel & Territory Development
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic existing partners across the region.
  • Drive partners to shift focus from installed‑base maintenance to new customer acquisition.
  • Support partners with business plans, forecasting, pipeline development, and sales strategy.
  • Promote Infor’s CloudSuite ERP and Strategic products within the territory.
  • Own an annual sales target via indirect sales.
  • Help partners identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities.
  • Support partners through sales cycles, including customer meetings and deal strategy.
  • Ensure partners meet license quotas and maintain pipeline coverage.
  • Align with regional leadership on market priorities and verticals.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and partner enablement.
Operational & Strategic Contribution
  • Understand partner business models and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth cooperation, respecting quota allocation and avoiding overlaps.
  • Provide strategic input for long‑term channel development in the region.
Key Requirements / Experience
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect go‑to‑market roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, ideally ERP and/or Supply Chain in the Cloud.
  • Consistent track record achieving revenue targets through partners.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate across partner ecosystem, sales, product, leadership, and marketing.
  • Skilled navigating multinational organizations and internal processes.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Slavic language (Polish, Czech,...) is a plus but is not mandatory.
  • Office‑based contract in our Barcelona hub (3 days a week)
Highly Desirable
  • Experience with inside sales and mid‑sized deal cycles.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
