The Universitat de Girona (UdG), part of Catalonia's public university system, invites applications for a full-time permanent faculty position at the rank of full professor to strengthen its Department of Pedagogy.

The ideal candidate will hold an academic background in Educational Policies and Legislation and show potential to advance research in Democracy and Education, Educational Renewal, and Rural School, with demonstrated undergraduate and postgraduate teaching experience.

Formación

• Academic background in Educational Policies and Legislation.
• Experience and potential to develop quality research in Democracy and Education, Educational Renewal and Rural School.
• Teaching experience at undergraduate or postgraduate levels.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out teaching and research in Didactics and Educational Organisation, Theory and History of Education, Social Work and Research Methods and Educational Assessment.
• Lead and supervise undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs, and participate in competitive research projects at national and international levels.
• Contribute to the department’s administration, governance and strategic initiatives as a permanent faculty member.
