Your new role

As our new Tender Manager youll play a key role in shaping winning proposals and driving the success of our project bids from start to finish. Working closely with technical leads and project managers youll help craft high-quality client-focused submissions that stand out.

In this role youll also contribute to refining our internal processes and sales materials while using data reporting and AI tools to enhance regional and global commercial activities throughout the pre-contract phase.

Your key responsibilities

As part of a multidisciplinary project team you will be involved in a variety of local and global wind projects and handle a wide range of tasks including :

• Lead the bid process from start to finish coordinating efforts across Rambolls global engineering and advisory teams within the Wind division to deliver high-quality customer-tailored proposals.
• Shape winning bid strategies by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders developing strong value propositions and guiding tender teams to create proposals aligned with agreed commercial and technical strategies.
• Plan prepare and compile clear compelling and precisely written proposals and bid documentation that reflect our commitment to quality sustainability and innovation.
• Leverage and manage Rambolls internal systems and tools (e.g. CRM project excellence decision gates compliance legal reviews) to track and develop opportunities streamline communication and ensure efficient coordination across project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing our sales processes structuring and enriching our internal knowledge base and updating CV and project reference databases while improving tools and templates to reflect industry best practices and increase efficiency.

Your new team

You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function which supports Rambolls global Wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate guide and support cross-functional teams establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in related field or applicable disciplines (e.g. Business Administration Business Communication Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in sales management proposal or bid management preferably in the energy sector (not mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English on a business level (C1 level expected).
• Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
• Preferably familiar with public / private procurement processes and with commercial contractual and execution models.
