RavenPack in Marbella is seeking a temporary Event Coordinator to own Strategy Week planning and logistics. You will coordinate merchandise, catering, transportation, photography, team-building activities, and gala dinner support, working with the Workplace Experience team during a demanding, high-visibility period.

Formación

• Proven experience in event coordination or logistics.
• Ability to manage end-to-end event logistics including catering and transportation.
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking and prioritisation for last‑minute requests.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders across teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish given the Madrid office context.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise coordination for RP items and charity gear.
• End-to-end logistics for WE Day Brunch and charity events.
• Bus organization including sign-up forms and on‑the‑day coordination.
• Photography coordination for team-building, WE Day, and gala dinner.
• Team building activity support including QR codes and signage.
• Gala dinner invitations and tastings; support for in‑office days.
