Job summary

PANDORA is seeking a Sales Assistant to be an ambassador of our values. You will welcome and advise fans, find the ideal piece, and maintain the store image and product organization.

You will collaborate with your Store Manager and team in daily activities, restock, visual merchandising, and cash handling, demonstrating independence and attention to detail. This role offers an evolving multinational environment and opportunities to grow with the store.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to restock, organize, and manage visuals in-store.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exclusive attention to fans, finding and offering the ideal piece for that moment, ensuring Pandora's standards throughout the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with your Store Manager and the team in the store's daily activities.

• Provide exclusive attention to our FANS, finding and offering the ideal piece for that special moment, ensuring PANDORA's standards throughout the entire shopping experience.
• Collaborate and cooperate with your Manager and the rest of the team in the store's daily activities.
• Maintain the store's image and product organization.
