Job summary

PANDORA is looking for a Sales Assistant to represent our values and deliver an exceptional in-store experience in Albacete. You will greet fans, guide them to the perfect piece, and ensure Pandora standards across the shopping journey.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and the team to keep shelves tidy, assist with restocking, cash handling, and visual merchandising while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Passionate about Pandora storytelling and our pieces.
• Role model for colleagues in customer relations.
• Able to demonstrate with performance indicators that there’s room for improvement.
• Independent in daily operations: restocking, organization, visual merchandising, cash handling.
• Detail-oriented and attentive to store image.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled with major computer/electronic tools.
