Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in repairs/after care or similar roles, ideally in a retail environment.
• Fluent in English & Spanish language.
• Availability to work 35 hrs/week and flexibility to work on weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Examine and diagnose issues reported by clients regarding products.
• Perform repairs on products and devices to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on repair progress.
• Maintain an organized inventory of repair parts and tools.
• Adhere to company standards for repair quality and safety.
• Gather and document customer feedback on products during repairs.
