• Update customer records and follow communication scripts for consistency
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
