Competenze

• Master's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Humanitarian Action, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in humanitarian program management, with field operations experience.
• Proven experience in managing complex humanitarian projects in conflict-affected or disaster-prone areas.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, international humanitarian law, and the cluster system.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership with remote team coordination.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
