Haleon plc. in Madrid is seeking a PPLM Technician to lead Product & Process Lifecycle Management for products manufactured on site. You will act as the lifecycle SME, ensuring validation and continuous improvement across processes and cleaning.

The role requires a cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality and Technical teams, and fluency in English and Spanish. A GMP-regulated background and project delivery experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial pharmacy, chemistry, or other appropriate scientific or pharmaceutical discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated GMP-regulated Technical experience in process and cleaning validation.
• Use of problem solving and continuous improvement tools.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience with data analytics and statistics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

About the role

As a PPLM Technician you will lead the Product & Process Lifecycle Management of products manufactured on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as site Product & Process Lifecycle SME, maintaining the site product/process & cleaning state by assessing impact of new products, processes, or changes against the existing site cleaning matrix and existing process. Coaches and develops the Technical team to ensure that cleaning and manufacturing validation execution demonstrates that the process produces the expected results in a reproducible manner, and that proper monitoring is in place to ensure the processes remain in a validated state of control.
• Prepares and maintains site validation master plan (SVMP), with other relevant site areas, such as Engineering, Quality and Technical departments.
• Ensure validation activities are completed on time and compliant to Haleon and Health Authority standards (e.g., MHRA)
• Understands and ensures compliance to evolving expectations of: Equipment and Facility C&Q, Process/Packaging validation, Cleaning validation, Continued Process validation (CPV) and Computer System validation
• Prepares and reviews Technical documentation as required: trials, TRA, PCS, Validation documentation, investigations.
• Supports I&T area according to site priorities.
• Actively collaborate with other site relevant areas such as Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering for projects: material simplification, productivity, CAPEX integration with processes and materials.
• Lead and support the improvement projects related to the manufacturing process of products.Participate in the PCT (Performance Centric Teams) and supports HAPS deployment mindset as required. Evaluates Validation impact on change controls for manufacturing and validation activities.
• Own and manage compliance records, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and events.
• Support person responsible for complaints during investigations/Investigation of complaints.
• Risk identification related to Technical, Safety, Quality, Supply, etc.
• Proactively solving problems to eliminate recurring issues.
• Project management for projects assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial pharmacy, chemistry, or other appropriate scientific or pharmaceutical discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience GMP regulated Technical role, with strong experience in process and cleaning validation
• Use of problem solving and continuous improvement tools
• Project management.

• Fluent in English and Spanish are required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in field or plant operations
• Experience implementing FDA and/or GMP regulations
• Ability to articulate business vision to staff, peers, and senior executives
• Understanding of production forecasts and SAP systems
• SAP, eBR, Serialization, Workday, Veeva, MyLearning, Office
• Teamwork
• Strong communication skills; ability to inspire others to improve

EUR 44.651,00 - EUR 61.395,40

The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations.
