Otis is launching a training program in Málaga for women to build a career in the elevator maintenance sector. The program combines theoretical and practical training, leading to the official certification as an elevator maintenance technician, with a permanent contract from day one.

Participants will complete three months of theory and hands-on training at no cost, gain real shop-floor experience, and join a global leader committed to safety and quality.

Competenze

• Background in electricity, mechanics or related fields.
• Interest in developing in the technical and maintenance sector.
• Driver's license is required.
