Qualifications

• Proven experience as Machinery Installation and Maintenance Technician.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install new machinery and equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all types of production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and other systems.
• Dismantle, clean, lubricate, adjust, and reassemble machinery as needed.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests to minimize production loss.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks.
• Collaborate with production staff to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption.
• Identify opportunities for improving machinery performance and reliability.
