La empresa cliente, destacada en el sector de la construcción, busca un Especialista en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) para un puesto remoto. Garantizarás estándares de salud y seguridad en proyectos nacionales, con foco en Vigo y Galicia, desarrollando e implementando políticas PRL y asesorando a equipos y dirección.

Se valora experiencia en PRL en obra, formación de personal y cumplimiento de normativa.

Qualifications

• Titulación universitaria en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Ingeniería o campo afín.
• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (o equivalente oficial en España).

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar e implementar sistemas y políticas de PRL para obras a nivel nacional.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y visitas de obra, coordinar con personal in situ.
• Investigar accidentes e incidentes y establecer acciones correctivas.
• Proporcionar formación y asesoría a gestores y trabajadores sobre PRL y normativas.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación en PRL a nivel nacional y regional.
• Mantener documentación de seguridad y planes de emergencia.
• Colaborar con equipos de proyecto para incorporar seguridad en la planificación.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre normativas y tecnologías de PRL.
• Fomentar una cultura de seguridad proactiva en la organización.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety management systems and policies for construction sites nationwide, with a focus on Vigo .
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site inspections (remotely where possible, or coordinating on-site personnel) to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide expert advice and training to site managers, supervisors, and workers on all aspects of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and regional health and safety legislation and standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate health and safety documentation, including reports, records, and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into the planning and execution phases of construction projects.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in occupational health and safety legislation and technology.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging proactive safety behaviors.

Requirements

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (or equivalent official qualification in Spain).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish health and safety legislation and its application in construction.
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Como TÉCNICO COMERCIAL , tus funciones serán:

• Realización de acciones comerciales con clientes, planificando y realizando las visitas y seguimientos correspondientes, para conseguir el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
• Captación de clientes.
• Seguimiento de la gestión de cobros con los clientes, asegurando los objetivos de saldos establecidos.
• Elaboración del reporting comercial de forma veraz, cumpliendo tiempos y formatos establecidos.
• Coordinación con el equipo técnico (técnicos o supervisores) para alineación de objetivos y maximización de satisfacción del cliente.
• Participación en las reuniones periódicas de su delegación, así como en todas aquellas extraordinarias en las que sea requerida su presencia.

Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:

• FORMACIÓN : Diplomatura o Licenciatura (preferentemente Ingeniería o Arquitectura). Grado Superior FP.
• EXPERIENCIA: preferentemente de al menos 3 años en posiciones afines.
• OFIMÁTICA: dominio Ms Office 365.
• IDIOMAS: inglés, mínimo B2.
