Job summary

Alsa seeks a responsive logistics/transport support staff member for our San José de Sa Talaia (Ibiza) operation. You will review transport-related information, manage incidents, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires vocational training in transport & logistics, prior experience, and strong Excel skills. You will join a dynamic team with rotating shifts, weekend guard duties, and opportunities for development within the

Qualifications

• Vocational Training in Transport & Logistics or equivalent.
• Previous experience in transport, logistics or similar roles.
• Proficient with digital tools and Excel.
• Proactive, problem-solver with teamwork mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review operational and administrative information related to the transport area.
• Manage incidents and service follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure proper operability.
• Record and update data in information systems.
• Support general administrative tasks of the department.
