We are looking for a Marketing Specialist – Practica to join our dynamic Iberia team, located at our office in Madrid. This is a fantastic early-career opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term role at Axis.

This is initially a temporary position (Practica) for one year, with the potential to become a permanent position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS MARKETING SPECIALIST – PRACTICA?

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the marketing activities in Iberia, contributing to building awareness and generating leads through all the channels. Together with the Channel Marketing Specialist, this person will implement the local marketing plan and work closely with our sales and marketing colleagues to help bringing the Axis brand to life in our region. This person will develop and strengthen our relationships with our partners by driving marketing activities and providing education through the available Axis programs and tools. Also, create awareness and business opportunities with end-customers and partners through marketing activities.

Marketing Execution
  • Implement the local marketing plan
  • Coordinate a variety of campaigns across events, digital, telemarketing, etc.
  • Manage lead generation and nurturing using Salesforce and Pardot
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to monthly reporting
  • Ensure data quality and support lead conversion in collaboration with sales
  • Help maintain budget tracking and financial accuracy
  • Contribute to the execution of the local PR plan in collaboration with our PR agency and EMEA communication team
  • Coordinate local press releases and maintain the press center
  • Develop case studies and manage local success stories
  • Support e-newsletters and ensure website content is current and engaging
Channel Marketing & Education
  • Support the implementation of Axis partner programs and local initiatives
  • Update and maintain partner-focused content

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive team player who is eager to dive into the world of B2B marketing and technology. You’re not afraid to get hands‑on with a range of marketing tasks and tools, and you’re comfortable working in a collaborative, multicultural environment. 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role

Qualifications
  • A strong interest in B2B marketing and the tech sector
  • A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data-driven with attention to detail
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
  • Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, and preferably Salesforce and Pardot
